"ক্রুটিপূর্ণ মাল পেয়েছি। পরিবহনের কারণে এমনটি হতে পারে।পরে দারাজে কমপ্লেন জানালে তারা আমাকে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করতে বলে। যেহেতু প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা আমার জন্য ঝামেলা।তাই তারা আমাকে ডোনেশন হিসাবে 500 টাকা বিকাশ করে দিয়েছে।এখন দইয়ের স্বাদ ঘোলে মেটানোর মতন অবস্থা নিয়ে খুশি থাকতে হচ্ছে।"

"Received the products in time. Grill rack, glass turntable with It's support and coupling, everything was intact in the box. The microwave function is working fine, haven’t tried the grill option yet. Good job by the seller. Found a card printed "warranty" in the box, is that enough to avail the after sale warranty? To mention there was no printed copy of my purchase receipt."
