"আমি এই পণ্যটি নিয়ে সমস্যায় পড়েছি। আমি অনেক ওয়েবসাইটে খোঁজাখুঁজি করেও এর বিস্তারিত তথ্য পাইনি। এমনকি এর কিউআর (QR) কোডটি স্ক্যান করার চেষ্টা করেছি, কিন্তু কোনো ফল আসেনি। এছাড়া একটি বড় ভয়ের বিষয় হলো, ফেসওয়াশের মুখে যে নিরাপত্তা সিলটি থাকে, সেটি সামান্য টান দিতেই খুলে এসেছে—যা সাধারণত হওয়ার কথা নয়। এটি ব্যবহার করার পর হালকা ফেনা তৈরি হচ্ছে। যদি আগে কেউ এটি ব্যবহার করে থাকেন, তবে দয়া করে জানাবেন আমার অভিজ্ঞতা কি সঠিক নাকি আমি কোনো ভুল করছি?""

"This is very confusing. The physical product has all the signs of a genuine product but the COSRX website says it's counterfeit. Also the importer QR comes off very easily when scratching the unique code part. Either it's a very close copy or there might be some issues with the exp date in the website. I think it's better to avoid purchasing from here. The price is also very suspicious & may indicate counterfeit product price. I am giving it 2 start right now & if the authenticy issue solves then I will update it."
