"যতগুলো প্রডাক্ট অর্ডার করেছি খুবই বাজে প্রডাক্ট দিয়েছে। সব চেয়ে খারাপ বিষয় এরা আমাকে ডেট এক্সপায়ার হওয়া fevicryl mouldit দিয়েছে যা শক্ত হয়ে গেছে। আমি ম্যাসেজ দিয়ে সমস্যার সমাধান করতে চেয়েছিলাম এরা ম্যাসেজের রিপলেই করে না & একটা /দুইটা রিপলে করলেও ভুল স্বীকার না করে উল্টাপাল্টা কথা বলে।আমি রিটার্ন & রিফান্ডের জন্য এপ্লাই করেছি।শুধু শুধু এতোগুলো টাকা নষ্ট করার কোনো মানে হয় না।"
