"So daraz thing. It's the same class of product I'm looking for, but not the product I wanted. I specifically ordered the one showed in the photos with a clear mindset of the thicker upper portion holding to ankle. The product I've been sent with was displayed in many other options, it's a grieving factor that they do not weigh on ensuring preferences. Showing one and selling other is just dirty marketing, just let the buyer choose what they want! -2 stars gone for that. Apart from that, it serves its purpose in cushioning the heel, it's merely a piece of sponge as thick as of a 5 taka coin, but it works.
