"এদের থেকে Ac নিলে এরা Ac লাগাই দিবে বলেও লাগাই দেয় না। আমি এদের থেকে ৩ টা Ac নিসি delivery দেওয়ার পর বলে। এরা Ac লাগাইতে পারেনা ঝামেলা করে ঝগড়া করে পুলিশ ডাকে। এদের behaviour একদম ভালোনা। আপনারা কেও এদের থেকে Ac নিবেননা। এদের service ভালোনা। তখন তারা উল্টো আমাদের বিরুদ্ধে পুলিশের কাছে অভিযোগ করে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ সঠিক বিষয়টি বুঝতে পেরেছে এবং আমাদের সহায়তা করেছে। এরপর আবার বলল, কাল ইনস্টল করবে, পরে বলল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানিকে কল দিতে। কিন্তু কেউ কিছুই করেনি। একই ধরনের অভিজ্ঞতা হলো আরেকটা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রেও—অন্য এক সরবরাহকারী থেকে অর্ডার দিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু তারা আমাকে ব্যবহৃত ও নষ্ট পণ্য পাঠিয়েছে। বর্তমানে DARAZ বা অন্যান্য অনলাইন/লোকাল সাপ্লায়ারদের মধ্যে অনেকেই প্রতারণামূলক কাজ করছে। পণ্য বিক্রির পর তারা দায়িত্ব নিচ্ছে না, সঠিক সার্ভিস দিচ্ছে না, এবং ব্যবহৃত/নষ্ট পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দিচ্ছে। সতর্ক থাকুন! প্রতারকদের ফাঁদে পা দেবেন না। ভালো যাচাই-বাছাই করে তবেই পণ্য কিনুন।"
