"Pretty good . But overpriced. Using it on color pencil can sometimes makes it change color, so try using it normally then colour the area that you used the highlight pen on with a white color pencil then use the highlight pen over it again, this should help it look a bit better. Keep repeating until you get your desired result. (This may not always work.) Hope I helped anyone."
