"product is original, and the seller is a listed partner of whirlpool. problem is shipping. seller sent me a different product which I have not ordered. my product went to a different person and that person already received the product. also, the seller has no facility to deliver at home, though my shipping address is given as my home. seller forced me to take it from courier. at courier when I saw a wrong product I immediately informed and when they investigated they found my product is sent to a different person in different place. then they told me not to receive it, and I did so. again, after a while, they told me to receive and book for another place. again, I went to the courier and did as asked. then, after a while, they called me again to book back to their showroom, and I had to go to courier again and had to do so. this is immense harassment. then after two days when I got my product the packaging was so damaged.
