"Heading: Poor Experience with Daraz Post Office Collection Daraz needs to look into the management of their Post Office collection points. They are not following official Daraz timing—staff are only present between 9:00–11:00 AM and 2:00–3:30 PM. Often, the person in charge isn't even at their seat. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on transport and waste time only to find the counter closed during business hours. This poor service is a major setback for Daraz’s reliability. Please fix this!"

"Average quality product for the price. But the sound quality is good. The two sides of the cable connection seemed a bit flimsy. So I fixed it with superglue beforehand so that it wouldn't tear with a light pull."
