"I specifically contacted the seller before ordering because I wanted to avoid the inaccurate two-button PokéBall design and soft PVC material. The seller confirmed it was made of hard plastic and had only one button. Both statements were false. I received a soft PVC keychain with a button on both halves of the Poké Ball, which is completely inaccurate to the original design. One of the keychains also has a black manufacturing defect on the white half. If you care about authenticity or product accuracy, don't rely on the seller's answers. I wasted my time ordering and returning this product."
