"This seller is using Pathao as their Delivery Partner. If I knew it prior to ordering from them I would think otherwise. First of all it took 5 working days to deliver after knocking them several times in inbox. later on 4th day the delivery man from Pathao was asking OTP prior to deliver the washing machine and being denied he hold the delivery that day. on 5th.Day.the delivery man came with product in an auto rickshaw keeping the package upside down as shown in the footage. However, still the machine is working with lots of noise. Regarding the product, other than this noise issue, till now its just merely ok. suggesting prospective future customers to avoid this type of purchase from delivery addressees out side Dhaka."
